Women’s Workshops

An intimate, Christ-centered workshop series for women ready to grow.

If you’re seeking deeper healing, connection, and purpose, this small group experience offers a structured, grace-filled path forward. With the guidance of two seasoned facilitators, you’ll be equipped with biblical truth, relational tools, and the freedom of Christ—so you can find rest, stand on a sturdy foundation, and begin building a legacy of transformation.

While the journey begins within you, it doesn’t end there. As you experience healing and restoration, it begins to transform your relationships—often in unexpected and beautiful ways. Whether it’s more patience and presence with your children, deeper emotional intimacy in your marriage, renewed trust with family, or healthier boundaries with loved ones, the change in you creates space for connection and freedom all around you. Healing has a ripple effect. When you live from a renewed identity, those closest to you are blessed by your growth.

The Journey

Our workshop series explore key areas of spiritual and emotional growth.

Who Is God?

We begin by uncovering how our past has shaped our view of God. Together, we’ll:

  • Explore God's love, holiness, and presence

  • Identify self-protective patterns that keep us distant

  • Replace false beliefs with the truth of God’s grace

Who Are We?

Next, we examine our inner wounds and how they’ve impacted identity and relationships. Together, we’ll:

  • Recognize harmful beliefs and generational patterns

  • Process grief, guilt, and shame through grace

  • Begin reclaiming your identity as God's beloved

How Do We Live Renewed?

Finally, we anchor our daily lives in our renewed identity. Together, we’ll learn to:

  • Live from grace instead of performance

  • Set healthy boundaries and communicate with clarity

  • Experience lasting peace, freedom, and connection

"You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”

— C.S. Lewis

FAQs

  • This isn’t just another Bible study, free ministry, or counseling session.  At Rooted and Renewing, we understand that you can know God’s truths and still feel weighed down—longing for freedom yet unsure how to walk in it.

Rooted and Renewing exists to bridge that gap, helping you step into God’s restoration and the wholeness your heart was created for.

Our women’s group is firmly grounded in Biblical truth and enriched with insights from neuroscience, positive psychology, and counseling tools. Together, these give you both spiritual wisdom and practical strategies for lasting transformation.

Rooted in God’s design and strengthened by community, you’ll find more than encouragement here—you’ll gain the tools to break free from old patterns, renew your mind, and live with deep peace and renewed purpose.

  • Group therapy offers something uniquely powerful: healing in community. While individual therapy focuses on one-on-one insight and support, group therapy allows you to experience connection, feedback, and shared growth with others who are also working toward renewal. It provides a safe space to practice new ways of relating, gain multiple perspectives, and realize you're not alone. Many participants report that group work accelerates their progress and helps them feel more known and supported. And, it’s also more affordable than individual therapy. Often doing group therapy alongside individual therapy can enrich your flourishing.

  • Change doesn’t only happen in the group—it happens between sessions. Homework is designed to help you reflect, apply, and take action on what you're learning. It’s not busy work; it’s personal and purposeful, helping you carry the insights from group into your real life. The goal is for you to practice new tools and perspectives that lead to lasting growth.

  • When you do this work, everyone around you benefits. As you grow in self-awareness, emotional regulation, and relational health, you’ll notice shifts in how you communicate, set boundaries, handle conflict, and connect with others. This has a direct, positive impact on your family life—bringing more peace, clarity, and emotional safety into your relationships. Your healing becomes part of their healing.
