I’m a wife, a mother of two girls, a Pilates instructor, and most importantly, a follower of Jesus. I’ve been a therapist for more than 20 years, and I felt called to counseling after experiencing firsthand how transformative therapy can be. Today, I have a special passion for helping couples find their way back to one another - especially couples who are feeling disconnected, stuck in painful patterns, or trying to heal from betrayal and infidelity. My approach is warm, practical, and heart-centered. I believe that beneath the conflict, hurt, and distance, there is often a deeper longing to feel known, safe, valued, and connected. My work with couples is rooted in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), attachment, mindfulness, and an understanding of how our nervous systems and bodies influence the way we relate to one another. Before becoming a counselor, I had a private practice in massage therapy for ten years and have been a fitness and Pilates instructor for more than 30 years. These experiences have shaped my somatic approach and deepened my understanding of the connection between our emotional experiences and our bodies.
